Anxiety And Stress Can Be Damaging

Plus, according to the U.S. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), “anxiety disorders affect about 40 million American adults age 18 years and older . . . in a given year.”

So, while we leave these scientists at what they do best in addressing the disorders caused by the long term effects of anxiety and stress, the rest of us may benefit from supplemental aids to help us cope with the normal day-to-day anxieties of life.
